Memorandum to Zoning Committee regarding Zoning petition#5856 to change zoning <br /> from B-1 to C-2 to allow new mini-warehouses at 3807 STH 19. <br /> I Jeff Heisig at 6170 Portage Road am against the none for the following reasons. <br /> This is inconsistent with The Town of Burke Land Use Plan that commercial <br /> should exist in a residential area. <br /> Commercial lands exist in the area and I can find no reason to change present <br /> zoning to allow new commercial structures. <br /> Paving and the large size of the steel structures could produce water runoff <br /> in the Token Creek area and should be looked at. <br /> While the petitoner has done everything legal a public hearing that took place at <br /> the Town of Burke Planning Commission did not notify as stated at the meeting <br /> that residents within 1/2 mile of the location were informed of the meeting.Please <br /> review the petition for names of people who were effected. <br /> I also world like to state that I have no financial or other interest direct or <br /> indirect in the property. <br />
