Madison, Wisconsin 53709-0001 <br /> Dear Mr. Fleck, <br /> The Town of Vienna held a Town Board meeting and Town Plan <br /> Commission meeting on February 1st, '1994. One item on the adjenda <br /> for both meetings was a recommendation of the enclosed zoning <br /> change and conditional use request. <br /> The Vienna Plan Commission voted five in favor and none opposed <br /> to recommend approval of the Vienna Board. The Vienna Board <br /> held a public hearing at the conclusion of the Plan Commission <br /> meeting on the requests.
