Payne & Dolan, Inc. agrees to reclaim its gravel pit site located at 5338 Norway <br /> Grove School Road by December 31, 1998. <br /> 2. Payne & Dolan, Inc. agrees to submit to the Town of Vienna, a reclamation plan <br /> for its property located at 5338 Norway Grove School Road. Reclamation shall <br /> not begin until the Town of Vienna has approved the plan. Approval by the <br /> Town of Vienna shall be timely and not unreasonably withheld. <br /> 3. Payne & Dolan, Inc. agrees to remove its existing hot-mix asphalt plant located <br /> at 5338 Norway Grove School Road from the site by December 31, 1995. <br /> 4.
