The petition was amended by the County and therefore, <br /> pursuant to State Statute, it must be re-approved by the Town <br /> Board. I suggest you contact Karl Hacker the Town Chairman and <br /> request that he expedite action on the town approval process. I <br /> have included a flow chart which shows this process. <br /> The second factor required to effectuate the rezone is the <br /> recording of the specified deed restrictions. The recording can be <br /> done any time if you are certain that the Town of Springdale is <br /> going to approve the amended zoning petition. I will provide you <br /> with a document for recording of the deed restrictions. <br /> A third factor is that an Erosion Control Permit is required for <br /> any soil disturbing activity which encompasses more than 20, 000 <br /> square feet. Commencing with such activity without a permit is a <br /> violation of the zoning ordinance.
