The plan includes the
following requirements:
1. A stormwater basin must be constructed prior to any other grading as shown on the plan. As
the basin will be utilized for sediment control during construction, sediment must be
periodically removed as necessary.
2. An infiltration basin must be constructed once the tributary area has been stabilized. Care must
be taken to prevent runoff from disturbed areas from entering the facility, once it has been
constructed and stabilized. The basin must be installed and planted as specified in the plan.
3. The areas identified on the plan must be erosion matted during final site stabilization. The
erosion matting must meet the WisDOT class and type as specified in the plan.
4. Impervious surfaces must be limited to the areas shown on the approved plan. In the event
additional impervious surfaces are created, the stormwater management plan must be revised.
5. The maintenance agreement for permanent stormwater management practices must be
recorded with the Register of Deeds and a financial security document for 110% of the
expected cost of erosion control and stormwater management ($34,800) must be submitted
prior to permit issuance.
6. As-built plans and certification, performed by a professional engineer, will be required for all
permanent stormwater management practices and facilities.
Lyman F.Anderson Agriculture&Conservation Center
5201 Fen Oak Drive,Room 208,Madison,Wisconsin 53718-PH:608/224-3730,FAX:608/224-3745
http://lwrd.countyof Bane.com/wred/
