TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT <br /> REGARDING ZONING PETITION # , <br /> (John Watson) <br /> Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of DUNN <br /> having considered said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved that said <br /> petition is hereby (Apprmv dVDisapproved). <br /> SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: MAR 0 2 1994} <br /> (Cross out or write "none" if you do not wish to place any conditions)c <br /> Zi iNO 8W <br /> (Use reverse side if additional space is required). <br /> PLEASE NOTE: If the proposed rezoning is approved by the Town Board but, said <br /> rezone does not comply with the Town Land Use Plan, please list the reasons <br /> for the approval. These reasons can be a critical factor for both the Zoning <br /> Committee and the County Board in their consideration of the rezone. <br /> The Town Board would approve this petition if amended to remove the RH-3 <br /> zoning in the NW* of the SW* to leave 81 acres in Exclusive Ag zoning, which would <br /> be one building site. The RH-4 will be one building site. The remaining RH-3 <br /> adjacent to the RH-4 will be one new building site and one parcel with the <br /> existing farm buildings.
