The purpose of this setback is to protect the <br /> wetland from encroachments that may damage the integrity of <br /> the wetland system. <br /> The terms agreed to in the discussion were as follows; <br /> The northerly lot (RH-4) shall have a building and excavating <br /> setback of 450 feet from the normal high water mark. <br /> The adjacent lot (RH-3) shall have a building and excavating <br /> setback of 350 feet from the normal high water mark. <br /> We have attached a map which highlights the above setbacks. <br /> If you have questions regarding this memo please feel free to <br /> contact me. <br /> Thank you. <br /> CC: Jack Watson <br /> Rosalind Gausman <br />
