DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5872 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Dunn <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include <br /> in the RH-3 Rural Homes and RH-4 Rural Homes the following <br /> described land: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 and the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 14 , Town <br /> of Dunn described as follows: <br /> TO RH-3 : Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section <br /> 14; thence North 3384 . 60 feet along the West Line of said Section <br /> 14 to a point on the centerline of a town road; thence S 89° 18 ' <br /> 00" East, 1255 . 50 feet along said centerline to the point of <br /> beginning of this description; thence N 00° 15 ' 00" East, 213 . 00 <br /> feet; thence S 89° 18 ' 00 ' East 815 ± feet to a point on the West <br /> edge of the Yahara River; thence Southerly along said West edge 900 <br /> feet ± to a point on the East-West quarter line of said Section 14 ; <br /> thence N 89° 18 ' 00" West, 939 . 55' feet along said East-West quarter <br /> line; thence N 00° 15 ' 00 ' East, 692 . 62 feet to the point of <br /> beginning of this description. <br /> TO RH-4: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section <br /> 14 ; thence North 3384 . 60 feet along the West line of said Section <br /> 14 to the point of beginning of this description; thence continuing <br /> along said West line, North 342 . 02 feet; thence N 89° 00 ' 00" East, <br /> 1289 . 10 feet; thence N 05° 56 ' 00" East, 270. 00 feet; thence N 88° <br /> 09 ' 00 ' East, 888 . 47 feet ± to a point on the West edge of the <br /> Yahara River; thence Southerly along said West edge 492 feet ±; <br /> thence N 89° 18 ' 00" West, 815 . 00 feet; thence S 00° 15 ' 00" West, <br /> 213 . 00 feet to a point on the centerline of a town road; thence N <br /> 89° 18 ' 00" West, 1255 . 60 feet along sai centerline to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
