5872 - Page 2 of 2 <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> (A) Buildings or excavations within 450 feet from The Ordinary <br /> High Water Mark on the RH-4 parcel are prohibited. <br /> (B) Buildings or excavations within 350 feet from The Ordinary <br /> High Water Mark on the RH-3 parcel are prohibited. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to <br /> record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: 0 d <br /> (ZNRPH.REZ) <br />
