This existing airstrip is In the southwest portion of the <br /> unincorporated community of Albion. It is currently a grassed runway with a few <br /> hangars in the northeast part of the site. There is agricultural land on all sides; <br /> however, virtually all on the small lots shown are developed with single family <br /> residences. <br /> There does not appear to be a significant conflict to legitimize this existing use; <br /> however any expansion could cause significant residential use conflict.
