Page 2, OA #5506 <br /> III. AIRPORT LOCATION DISCLOSURE <br /> A disclosure statement shall be included in any covenants and <br /> restrictions of the property deeds pertaining to the rezone area. Said <br /> statement shall read as follows, "The Dane County Regional Airport is <br /> located 3500 feet, more or less, East of this property, related noise <br /> and aircraft flights should be anticipated". <br /> IV. DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by <br /> Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following <br /> restrictions on said land: <br /> A. Dwelling units are limited to a maximum of 85 units. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent <br /> Town Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the <br /> restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> (2) <br />
