ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5506 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BURKE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Burke be amended to include in the R-4 <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 19, Town of Burke described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 19; thence S 01° 53' 32" <br /> West, alogn the North-South quarter line of said Section 19, 195.10 feet to the <br /> Northwest corner of said Lot #2; thence continuing S 01° 53' 32" West, along <br /> the West line of said Lot #2, 685.95 feet to the point of beginning; o <br /> continuing S 01° 53' 32" West, along said West line, 131.42 feet to the <br /> Southwest corner of said Lot #2, thence -S 88° 06' 28" East, along the South <br /> line of said Lot #2, 162.15 feet; thence continuing along said South line, N <br /> 57° 33' 50" East, 261.45 feet; thence continuing along said South line, S <br /> 26' 10' East, 168.00 feet to the centerline of CTH CV (Packers Avenue); thence <br /> continuing along said South line, along said centerline, N 57° 33' 50" East, <br /> 212.27 feet; thence continuing along said South line, along said centerline N <br /> 59° 42' 25" East, 148.98 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot #2, thence N <br /> 31° 30' 02" West, along the East line of said Lot #2, 365.44 feet; thence S 58° <br /> 14' 32" West, 688.41 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions and restrictions. Failure to comply with the <br /> conditions and restrictions constitutes a violation of Chapter 10 of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> I. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description is intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by <br /> Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> II. This amendment will become effective upon satisfaction of the following: <br /> A. Up-grade of the intersection of Fieldstone Lane at CTH "CV" to a <br /> "Class A" intersection. <br /> B. Approval of site plans and building plans by the Town of Burke. <br /> C. The conveyance of a permanent noise and navigation easement to <br /> Dane County. <br /> (1) <br />
