I have attached a report <br /> that provides the required information for this process. Per our telephone <br /> conversation, a rough sketch of the site plan is included with this application. A more <br /> detailed preliminary site plan is being developed by an architect and will be delivered <br /> to you by September 8, 1992. You indicated that the hearing for this conditional use <br /> permit would be held on October 13, 1992 with a final decision/determination to be <br /> made by October 27, 1992.
