The parcel of land we are requesting <br /> the permit for is land we are purchasing and have an <br /> accepted offer on but with certain contingencies attached . <br /> One of those contingencies is getting the permits allowing <br /> us to build a theater . We request that action be taken at <br /> the December 8 , 1992 meeting in order that we may get an <br /> answer at the meeting. This is important for us in order <br /> to meet the deadlines established in the offer to purchase <br /> on this land .
