The restrooms , septic field and parking <br /> lot will be built to meet the requirements of an eight (8) <br /> screen theater during the Phase 1 construction . <br /> This site is suitable for a movie theater for several <br /> reasons : <br /> 1 .The complex has good visibility from Hwy 51 ,with <br /> easy access . <br /> 2 .There is a four (4 ) lane divided highway with turning <br /> lanes in place to access the frontage road ,which will be <br /> used to access the facility. <br /> 3 .The frontage road leading to the property would <br /> allow for stacking of cars going into the theater parking <br /> lot and those cars waiting to access the highway. <br /> It is our intent to be under construction with Phase I in <br /> the spring of 1993 ,with completion that summer ,but that ' s <br /> subject to obtaining financing . If we run into financing <br /> delays the project may not start until later ,with <br /> completion in 1994 .
