Inspection Rowley, 1/21/93 <br /> Page 2 <br /> 10. There was no evidence that the remainder of the property <br /> was used illegally. Mr. Rowley is raising crops and had <br /> been raising pigs. The buildings outside of the salvage <br /> yard area are used for farm equipment and personal item <br /> storage. Junk vehicle parts are not stored in these <br /> buildings. <br /> 11. We did have an approved erosion control plan on file but <br /> - can't locate it at this time. I will continue looking <br /> for it but it may have been discarded when we purged our <br /> files in 1990. <br />
