No decision on a recommendation to the Dane <br /> County Zoning and Natural Resources Committee was made at that <br /> meeting. The size and the scope of this request indicated that <br /> further review should be made prior to such of a recommendation. <br /> A motion was made and approved at that hearing that: The Town <br /> of Vienna would ask Dane County and the Zoning and Natural <br /> Resources Committee to with-hold action until such time as a <br /> recommendation can be forewarded from the Vienna Town Board. <br /> Action by the Town Board will not be taken on or prior to the <br /> schedualed January 12th public hearing. The Town asks that this <br /> request, C.U.P. request # 1041 , not be schedualed for a working <br /> meeting or County Committee action until the Town has completed <br /> it 's review. This item is a priority item for the Town and will <br /> be completed as soon as possible. <br /> The Town Board has requested that the Town Plan Committee and <br /> a appointed citizen committee review and consider a possible <br /> contract with Payne & Dolan- or conditions recommended by the <br /> Town prior to final action by Dane County. The first schedualed <br /> meeting of the Plan and advisory committee has been schedualed <br /> for January 18th. <br /> The Town of Vienna requests that Dane County take no action <br /> on this request until a Town recommendation is forewarded.
