have been of some intrest or value in your decision. We have
obtained information from State agencies, D.N.R. sources, federal
regulations, independent and nationaly accepted expert witnessess
on water and blasting, State assessment, State Maunfacturing,
and Property value authorities. Our research may well have been
slow and imcomplete, but your cooperation and sources may have
helped our Board make a decision and recommendation at our
January 4th public hearing. Certainly your decision and
recommendations will be available at the Dane County public
hearing on January 12th and will be considered. It seems possible
that our entire community may be effected by a decision, and
of as much concern as the forty acrea area of your concern that
is one and one half miles from the Waunakee border. Even at
this date your research and lists of information and written
communications will be of value because we have yet to take
action or make a judgement of facts.
Please consider seeking a review of information and comminucation
channels with the Town of Vienna of areas of common concern
as you review future areas in the mile and one half which you
feel effect your Village concerns. Thank you for your time
and concern on the thoughts and concerns of our Board.
Sincerely,
Robert Pulvermacher
Vienna Town Clerk
