To my knowledge the Village of Dane <br /> has a territorial boundary jurisdiction of up to 4 miles beyond the village <br /> limits (Stat. 66.052); as such the Village wants to be notified of any and <br /> all building and expansion within that territory. <br /> As to the reference above, we also request that there be an environmental <br /> impact study done. <br /> The Village of Dane will not release any of it's rights for expansion, building, <br /> or conditional use within its' jurisdiction until such is properly brought <br /> before the Village Board. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> VILLAGE OF DANE <br /> David L.
