MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING OF DECEMBER 17, 1971 The Dane County Board of Adjustment met on December 17, 1971 at 7:30 P.M. in room 226 (Circuit Court Branch IV) to conduct a Public Hearing as published in the notice. Present: Erickson, Holte, Dahlk Also: Enger, Fleck The meeting was called to order. Motion to approve the minutes of November 19 and December 11, 1971 was made by Holte, second by Dahlk, carried. Notice was read and the hearing was opened. I/ #150. Appeal by Robert Ashley from denial of a permit to build an additior. to a residence located on Lot 11, Cresent Park, Township of Dunn. Permit denied because rear yard (setback from water) is less than required by the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. IN FAVOR. R. Ashley, proposed addition is to protect the kitchen entrance from wind, etc. Addition will be farther back from water line than residence building line. OTHERS IN FAVOR: None OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Not present. #151. Appeal by Robert A. Forrer from denial of a permit to build an addition to a residence located on a parcel of land in Outlot B, Waucheeta, Township of Dunn. Permit denied because setback from street, side yard and water are less than required by the Line County Zoning Ordinance. IN FAVOR: R. Forrer presented drawing - addition will make the, too small, house liveable. OTHERS IN FAVOR: None ' OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: ' Not present. #152. Appeal by Hodge 's Melody Club from denial of a permit to build an addition to a building located on a parcel of land in part of Government Lot 4, of the SE4, Section 26, Township of Dunn. Permit denied because setback from U. S. Highway is less than required by the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Appellant was not present. #153. Appeal by Allen E. Williams for a Special Exception Permit to build a residence on a parcel of land located in the NWT NE 4 of Section 28, Township of Mazomanie. IN FAVOR: A. Williams presented surveyor's elevation showing the "first floor" elevation at 742.083. OTHERS IN FAVOR: None OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Not present. #154. Appeal by Mrs. Gordon Haseleu from denial of a permit to build an addition to a residence located on a parcel of land in the NW- NW4 of Section 12, Township of York. Permit denied because setback from State Highway and Town Road are less than required by the Dare County Zoning Ordinance. IN FAVOR: G. Haseleu presented drawing. Proposed la s are to enlarge and enclose existing front porch and raise 'roof to provide second story.
