Motion by Holte to grant Special Exceptions.:_Permit subject to Flood Plain District provisions as follows: Section 10.33 and more specifically Section 10.33 (c)(1)(d) . Structures will be firmly anchored to prevent the structure or building from floating away and thus threatening to further restrict bridge openings and other restricted sections of the stream or river, and 10.33 (2)(b) The first floor, including any basement floor designed for human habitation, of any structure to be erected, constructed, reconstructed, or moved on the flood plain shall be constructed on fill at or above the flood protection elevation (7112' ) for the particular area. The fill shall be not less than one foot below the flood protection elevation for the particular area and the fill shall extend at such elevation at least 15 feet beyond the limits of any structure or building erected thereon. The fill for this Special Exception Permit shall be at the 7)41' elevation. 411, First floor of proposed residence shall be at the elevation of 742' or above. #151 . Motion by Holte to grant variance of 16' from center line Of CTH "V" requirement and 46' from center line of Hwy 89 requirement for proposed construction and addition, second by Dahlk, carried. #155.
