DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment met on July 17, 1970 at 7:30 P. M. in <br /> Room 226, (Circuit Court, Branch IV), to conduct a Public Hearing as pub- <br /> _ <br /> lished in the notice. <br /> Present: Messrs. Erickson, Holte, Dahlk. <br /> Also present: Fleck. <br /> Meeting was called to order. Motion by Mr. Dahlk to approve the minutes of <br /> June 19 and July 11, 1970, second by Mr. Holte, Approved. Chairman Erickso <br /> called for nominations for Chairman. M. Erickson nominated by Mr. Holte, <br /> second by Mr. Dahlk. Nominations were closed, M. Erickson elected Chairman. <br /> Notice was read and the Public Hearing opened: <br /> 1. Appeal by Dean Billings from denial of a permit to build two silos and <br /> a barn on a parcel of land in the W1/2! UWITI of Section 34, Town of Black <br /> Earth. Permit denied because setback from highway is less than re- <br /> quired by the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> IN FAVOR; Dean Billings stated that the proposed barn and one silo <br /> would be in line with existing structures, the other silo would be 4' <br /> closer to the road. <br /> Opposed: none. <br /> Town Board: did not appear. <br /> Discussion followed: Motion by Mr. Dahlk to grant appeal, second by Mr. <br /> Holte, carried. The Public Hearing was closed, motion by Mr. Nolte to <br /> adjourne, second by Mr. Dahlk, Carried. <br /> Meeting was adjourned. <br />
