DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment met on July 11, 1970 with the followinv <br /> members present: <br /> Messers: Erickson, Holte, Dahlk. <br /> Also present: Fleck <br /> Meeting was called to order at 9:00 AM in the City-County garage to make an <br /> inspection of properties for which a public hearing has been scheduled on <br /> July 17, 1970. <br /> 1. Appeal by Dean Billings from the denial of a permit to build two <br /> silos and a barn on a parcel of land in the ANA of Section 3i , <br /> Town of Black Earth. Permit denied because set back from highway is <br /> less than required by the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> The Board returned to the City-County garage and adjourned. <br /> Milage: Mr. Erickson 84, others regular. <br /> Harland F.
