MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> MEETING APRIL 4, 1970 <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment met on April 4, 1970 with the following <br /> members present: <br /> Messers. Erickson, Dahlk, Holte <br /> Also present: Fleck, Enger <br /> Meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. in the City-County garage to make <br /> an inspection of properties for which a public hearing has been scheduled <br /> on April 17, 1970. <br /> 1. A parcel of land in the Sunnyslope Addition, Town of Madison, an <br /> appeal for a variance in rear yard requirements. <br /> 2. A parcel of land in the SW NW of Section 11, Town of Montrose, an <br /> appeal for a variance in set hack requirements. Mr. Alfred Mellenberger, <br /> Chairman of the Town of Montrose was at the site and said that the <br /> town board was not opposed to the variance. <br /> 3. Lot 12, Burr Oaks Heights, Section 18, Town of Roxbury, an appeal <br /> for a variance in rear yard requirements. <br /> 4. A parcel of land in the SWI,,4 SW of Section 18, Town of Berry, an <br /> appeal for a variance in set back requirements. <br /> The Board returned to the City-County garage and adjourned. <br /> Mileage: Mr. Erickson, 118; others regular. <br /> Harland F.
