1 <br /> 446 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING - May 28, 1969 <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment met at the City-County Building <br /> garage at 9:00 A. M., May 29, 1969, for the purpose of a property <br /> inspection trip. The following members were present: Messrs. <br /> Erickson, Holte and Eisner. Also present: W. G. Massarene, Zoning <br /> Supervisor. <br /> The Board travelled to and viewed the following properties: <br /> 1. Lot in the NEy Section 36, Town of Madison, the subject of <br /> an appeal for variance of setback requirements by James E. <br /> Snithback. It was noted that the existing block building fronts <br /> in line with other buildings on the same side of the street. <br /> i <br /> 2. Building in the SW41 Section 26, Town of Dunn, possible subject <br /> of appeal for variance of setback requirements by Jack Miller <br /> Road pavement is 2l feet wide; existing structure is feet from <br /> center of road, and, from the stonewall at the well, 2011 feet. <br /> 3. Proposed building site in Section 9, Town of Medina, subject <br /> of an appeal for variance of setback requirements by Austin A. <br /> Healey, Jr. Mr. Healy, the owner, was present. The measured <br /> distance from the center of the pavement of Wisconsin State <br /> Highway 19 to the front of the existing building was found to be 63 feet. <br /> �► The Board of Adjustment returned to the City County Building and <br /> adjourned at 11:10 A.
