BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING - MAY 22, 1969 <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment met at 7:30 P.M. <br /> May 22, 1969 in Room 226 (Circuit Court Branch IV), City- <br /> County Building, Madison, Wisconsin to conduct a public <br /> hearing as published in the notice. The following members <br /> were present: Millard Erickson, Chairman; Oscar Holte, <br /> Vice-Chairman; Hermann Eisner, Secretary. Also present: <br /> L. J. Enger, Zoning Assistant. <br /> The meeting was called to order. The minutes of April 11, <br /> 1969; May 3, 1969; May 9, 1969 and May 17, 1969 were adopted. <br /> The notice was read and the following cases heard: <br /> 1. Appeal by Lawrence Yager from the denial of a permit to <br /> build a cattle shed on a parcel of land in the NV2 of the NE?i <br /> of Section 35, Town of Medina. Permit denied because set back <br /> from road is less than required by Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> THOSE IN FAVOR: Mr. Lawrence Yager appeared and explained his <br /> plans for the addition to his barn. Tower Line Road is a dead <br /> end road at I-94 and a set back from the centerline of 40 feet <br /> is requested. Mr. Bill Miller, a neighbor also appeared in <br /> favor. <br /> THOSE OPPOSED - None <br /> TOWN BOARD: Mr. Lee Benesch, Chairman of the Town of Medina <br /> had no objections. <br /> ACTION BY THE BOARD- Mr. Holte moved for granting of the <br /> ' variance, Nr. Eisner seconded and the motion carried. <br /> A letter was presented to the Board by Mr. Enger in regard <br /> to a building violation in the NE'A SW% of Section 26, Town of <br /> Dunn. Mr. Eisner requested that the Board inspect the property <br /> on it's next inspection trip. <br /> Mr. Eisner moved for adjournment, Mr. Holte seconded and the <br /> motion carried. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 7:55 P.M. <br /> Mileage: All regular <br /> Secretary, Hermann Eisner Ae ? �J� <br />
