BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING - MAY 17, 1969 <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment met in the City-County <br /> Building Garage at 9:00 A.M. on May 17, 1969. The following <br /> members were present: Millard Erickson, Chairman; Oscar Holte, <br /> Vice-Chairman. Also present: L. J. Enger, Zoning Assistant. <br /> The Board travelled to the Town of Montrose (Parts of lots <br /> 9 & 10, block 13 Plat of Paoli) for an additional inspection <br /> of the property and continue the public hearing of May 9, 1969. <br /> The Town Board of Montrose and Donald Pauli, Clerk was present, <br /> also Mr. & Mrs. Sam Storm, Harry Storm, Henry Aebly Sr., Henry <br /> Aebly, Jr. and Arnold Pulver. <br /> Mr. Pulver who is a plumber stated that it would probably not <br /> be possible to install a separate septic system for the pro- <br /> posed mobile home and that the law would not permit a connec- <br /> tion to an existing system. He felt that a chemical toilet <br /> would be the only possible system. <br /> After more discussion, Mr. Erickson moved that a variance be <br /> granted permitting a rear yard of 7 feet and a set back of <br /> 22 feet for the right side yard (measured from the center- <br /> line of an unused street at the south line of lot 10). Mr. <br /> Holte seconded and the motion carried. <br /> The Board then inspected a parcel of land in the N32 NE% of <br /> Section 35, Town of Medina. <br /> The Board returned to the City-County Garage and adjourned <br /> �r at 12:10 P.M. <br /> Mileage: Mr. Erickson, 117 miles; Mr. Holte, regular. <br /> Secretary, Hermann Eisner ih,1i174/7j7 <br />
