BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING - AUGUST 2, 1969 <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment met at 8:00 A.M., August 2, 1969 in <br /> the City-County Garage for the purpose of an inspection trip. The following <br /> members were present: Millard Erickson, Oscar Holte, Hermann Eisner, Also <br /> present: L. J. Enger, Zoning Assistant. <br /> The Board travelled to Lot 34, Riverview Garden Estates, Town of Westport, <br /> for an additional inspection. <br /> The Board checked the proposed location of the residence and it's possible <br /> effect on the view from Mr. Schwahn's window. It was determined that if the <br /> residence were to be located within the required side yard and a normal <br /> set back from the north end, the obstruction would be much greater than <br /> as presently planned. Mrs. Schwahn was present and agreed that the view would <br /> be better protedted by the granting of a variance than if they were to build <br /> closer to their property on the north. <br /> ACTION BY THE BOARD: Mr. Eisner moved that the variance be granted, Mr. <br /> Holte seconded and the motion carried. <br /> The Board returned to the City-County Garage and adjourned at 9:10 A.M. <br /> Mileage: Mr. Erickson, 56 miles; Mr. Holte and Mr. Eisner, regular. <br /> Secretary, Hermann Eisner , 24e2:YVi3J?1 <br />
