BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING - SEPTEMBER 26, 1968 PAGE #2 <br /> Appeal by Edward L. Newton from the denial of a permit to build a <br /> garage on Lot 17, Block 12, 2nd Addition to E. L. Gallagher Sub- <br /> division, Town of Blooming Grove. Permit denied because set back <br /> from road is less than required by Dane County Ordinance (13 feet <br /> requested- 20 feet required). <br /> THOSE IN FAVOR: Mr. Newton explained his plans for a garage and the <br /> need of a variance because of the lot width. <br /> THOSE OPPOSED: None <br /> TOWN BOARD: Mr. Denton Georgeson, Chairman appeared in favor. <br /> ACTION BY THE BOARD: Mr. Holte moved for approval, Mr. Eisner seconded <br /> and the motion carried. <br /> Mr. Eisner moved that the minutes of September 2, 7, 10 and 21, 1968 <br /> be approved, Mr. Rolle seconded and the motion carried. <br /> Meeting was adjourned at 8:20 P.M. <br /> Mileage, all regular. <br /> Secretary, Hermann Eisner ;z �L <br />
