BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING - AUGUST 17, 1968 <br /> . <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment met in the City-County garage <br /> on Saturday August 17, 1968 at 9:00 A.M. The following members <br /> were present: Millard Erickson, Chairman; Oscar Holte, Vice-Chairman; <br /> Hermann Eisner, Secretary. Also present; L. J. Enger, Zoning Assistant. <br /> The Board proceeded to a parcel of land in the WYt SW% of Section 22, <br /> Town of Montrose, where a permit had been denied for a mobile home <br /> because the side yard is less than required by the Dane County Zon- <br /> ing Ordinance. <br /> The Board then proceeded to Lot 81, First Addition to Mary Jake, <br /> Town of Westport, where a permit had been denied because the rear <br /> yard is leas for a residence than required by the Dane County <br /> Zoning Ordinance. <br /> The Board then proceeded to Lot 10 Block 6, First Addition E. L. <br /> Gallagher Subdivision, Town of Blooming Grove. The petitioner said <br /> that she wanted to withdraw her petition. The zoning office wax <br /> instructed to prepare a letter for her signature. <br /> The Board then proceeded to the NE34 Section 14, Town of York, where <br /> a permit had been denied because the set back from the town road for <br /> a machine shed is less than required by the Dane County Zoning Ord- <br /> inance. <br /> The Board returned to the City-County garage and adjourned at <br /> 11:55 AIM. <br /> Mileage: Mr. Erickson, 129 Miles; Mr. Holte and Mr. Eisner, regular. <br /> Secretary, Hermann Eisner <br /> L,► <br />
