BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING - JULY 11, 1968 <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment met at 7:30 P.M. on July 11, 1968 <br /> in Room 226, City-County Building, Madison, Wisconsin, to conduct a <br /> public hearing as published in the notice. The following members of th <br /> Board were present: Millard Erickson, Chairman; Oscar Holte, Vice- <br /> Chairman. Also present: L. J. Enger, Zoning Assistant; Frank Carter, <br /> Chairman Town of Mazomanie; Robert Ballweg, Chairman Town of Roxbury; <br /> Tom Ballweg, Supervisor Town of Roxbury. <br /> The meeting was called to order, the notice read and the following <br /> cases called. <br /> 1. Appeal by Edwin Koberle from the denial of a permit to build a gar- <br /> age and addition to a residence on a parcel of land in the SE%4 SEA/ of <br /> Section 27, Town of Roxbury. Permit denied because set back from road <br /> is less than required by ordinance (80 feet from c/1 vs 100 feet re- <br /> quired); also rear yard is less than required (21 feet vs 35 required) . <br /> THOSE IN FAVOR: Mr. Koberle explained the plans for his addition and <br /> garage. <br /> THOSE OPPOSED: None <br /> TOWN BOARD: Mr. Ballweg appeared in favor of granting both variances. <br /> ACTION BY THE BOARD: Mr. Holte moved to grant approval, Mr. Erickson <br /> seconded and the motion carried. <br /> 2. Appeal by Raphael Beuthin from the denial of a permit to build a <br /> feed bunk on a parcel of land in the SE% NE'A, Section 12, Town of <br /> Mazomanie. Permit denied because set back from road is less than re- <br /> quired by ordinance (63 feet from c/1 vs 100 feet required). <br /> THOSE IN FAVOR: Mr. Beuthin and Mr. Thomas explained plans for auger <br /> system-and feed bunk. Any additional silo construction will be on the <br /> north side of the barn. Mr. Ninedorf and Mr. Schuman were also in <br /> favor. <br /> THOSE OPPOSED: None <br /> TOWN BOARD: Mr. Carter appeared in favor of granting the variance. <br /> ACTION BY THE BOARD: Mr. Holte moved to grant approval, Mr. Erickson <br /> seconded and the motion carried. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 P.M. <br /> Vice Chairman, Oscar Holte / �, 44-&-; <br /> 1 <br />
