Board of Adjustment Meeting - December 23, 1967 The Dane County Board of Adjustment met at the City-County garage Saturday, December 23, 1967 pursuant to adjournment of December 19, 1967. The following members were present: 0. K. fnderson, Chairman; Millard Erickson, Vice-Chairman and Hermann Eisner, Secretary. Also present: W. G. Massarene, 'ioning Supervisor. The Board proceeded to Lot 16, Borcher's Beach for a second inspection of the proposed building site re the Robert Watzke appeal. Robert Watzke, the owner, met the Board at the site. Location measurements of the existing concrete foundation again were taken. Lot lines were established as marked by iron stakes (apparently not the original stales of the survey of year 1907). The sideyard measurements to the north lot line were found to be 6 feet 4 inch from the northeast corner of the building and 6 feet 3 inchesfrom the northwest corner. It was noted that the top of the foundation wall was very slightly above ground level along the north side. Also, that a slight upslope occurs in passing from the north wall across the lot line to the north. Er. Eisner suggested that the Board consult the Dane County Corporation Counsel about the entire matter of the Watzke appeal. The Board returned to the City-County garage and adjourned tc meet again at 0730 P. E. December 27, 1967, at the City-County Building)in such room as would be suitable and available,with the Corporation Counsel in attend- ance. Mr. Massarene was instrudted to make the necessary arrangements.
