Benway was also present. <br /> The meeting was brought to order at 7:30 o'clock p. m. and a general discussion <br /> of Board of Adjustment matters ensued. in order to clarify the aims, responsibilit- <br /> ies and duties of the Board. Yr. Benway, of the '-coning Department, answered ruest- <br /> ions and provided information to the Board members. <br /> It was reruested, by Ir. 1nerson and the other members, that one 17 a 22" map <br /> be marked with the loc-otiono for each Board of Adjustment Inspection Trip and that <br /> this one map together with a plot plan (of the lot in question only) should be <br /> prepared. They felt t':.e adjoining lots or parcels could be taken into account <br /> during the actual site inspection. They further decided to leave the sketches <br /> and map in the Zoning Department until\the day of the inspection trip. <br /> The following officiers were elected: <br /> Notion by Nrickson, seconded by Tisner that C.
