NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the Dane County Board of Adjustment will hold <br /> a public hearing in Room 226 (Circuit Court, Branch IV), in the City-County <br /> Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Wednesday, July 26, 1967 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> and a hearing will there be given to any person interested in any of the mat- <br /> ters to be heard. Appellants and applicants must be present. The matters to <br /> be heard are as follows: <br /> 1. Appeal by Hamre Feed Service from the denial of a permit for a Direct- <br /> ory Sign in the NE34 NE'sµ, Section 8, Town of Windsor (south side of Grinde Road <br /> and in the southwest quadrant of intersection of Grinde Road and Highway 51). <br /> Permit denied for the reason that setback from Highway 51 is less than ord- <br /> inance requirements. <br /> 2. Appeal by Glen Wheeler from the denial of a permit for an Eight unit <br /> Apartment Building on Lots 11 & 12, Block 2, Village of Windsor (First Street). <br /> Permit denied for the reason that it is single family residentially zoned. <br /> 3. Appeal by Glen Wheeler from the denial of a permit for an Eight unit <br /> Apartment Building on Lots 13 & 14, Block 2, Village of Windsor (First Street). <br /> Permit denied for the reason that it is single family residentially zoned. <br /> 4. Appeal by Aaron H.
