BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PUBLIC HEARING <br /> `'trr June 28, 1967 <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment met in the City-County Building <br /> at 7:30 P.M. June 28, 1967. <br /> The following members were present: Martin J. Ripp , Chairman <br /> and O.K. Anderson. Hermann Eisner, Secretary, was absent , being <br /> required to attend another county meeting. The meeting was called <br /> to order by Mr. Ripp and the notice was read by Mr. Anderson. <br /> The following appeals were called for hearing and considered: <br /> ' 1. Edwin Bremer - an appeal from a denial of permit for addition <br /> to a single family residence on Lot 2 , Kegonsa Park, Section 30 , <br /> Pleasant Springs , a matter of sideyards. <br /> IN FAVOR: Mr. Bremer, owner, explained the proposed construction <br /> and stated that no part of the addition would extend into the <br /> sideyards. Also, that his two neighbors had told him that they <br /> had no objection to his proposed addition. <br /> OPPOSED: None <br /> OTHERS: None <br /> 2. Hamre Feed Service - an appeal from a denial of permit to <br /> place directory sign within the SW quadrant of the intersection <br /> of Grinde Road and U.S. Highway S1, in NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 8, <br /> Town of Windsor, a matter of setback from U.S. Highway right-of-way. <br /> IN FAVOR: None. (Appelant did not appear.) <br /> OPPOSED: Millard Erickson, Chairman of the Windsor Town Board <br /> stated that the Town Board was in opposition. <br /> OTHERS : None <br /> 3. Glen Wheeler - an appeal from a denial of permit to construct <br /> a duplex apartment house on parts of Lot 8 and Lot 7, Block 1 , <br /> Village of Windsor, Section 29 , Town of Windsor, a matter of a <br /> zoning use restriction. <br /> IN FAVOR: Mr. Wheeler appeared and spoke in favor. Millard <br /> Erickson, Chairman of the Windsor Town Board stated that the <br /> Town Board favored the request. <br /> OPPOSED: None <br /> OTHERS: None <br /> Itor <br />
