Mr. Labansky <br /> stated that he needed 20 feet from the edge of the pavement <br /> of the road, and when it was pointed out that the right-of- <br /> way would be further toward his lot than the edge of the <br /> pavement , he requested that the petition be held in abeyance <br /> until he could return to the site and take further measurements. <br /> OPPOSED: None <br /> OTHERS: None <br /> ACTION BY THE BOARD: <br /> 1.
