NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the Dane County Board of Adjustment will <br /> hold a public hearing in Room 226 (Circuit Court, Branch IV), in the City- <br /> County Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Monday, April 10, 1967 at 7:30 <br /> o'clock P. M. and a hearing will there be given to any person interested <br /> in any of the matters to be heard. Appellants and applicants must be pre- <br /> sent. The matters to be heard are as follows: <br /> L`_Appeal from the denial of a permit for an Addition (balcony) and <br /> Remodeling of a single family residence on Lot 4, Addition to Ole J. Quam's <br /> Park, Town of Dunn. Permit denied for the reason that rear yard is less <br /> than ordinance requirements. <br /> 2. Appeal from the denial of a permit for a Change in Use and Addition <br /> (apartment building) on lands described as Lot 1, the south 28 feet of Lot <br /> 2, Block 1, Gilman and Droster Plat, and unplatted land in the SEi SW%, <br /> Section 23, Town of Burke. Permit denied for the reason that setback from <br /> Felland Road and the Railroad right of way are less than ordinance require- <br /> ments. Also, area is less than ordinance requirements. <br /> 3. Appeal from the denial of a permit for a Silo and Feeder on a par- <br /> cel in the SW34 SW%, Section 3, Town of Medina. Permit denied for the rea- <br /> son that setback is less than ordinance requirements. <br /> 4. Appeal from the denial of a permit for an Addition to a Public <br /> Garage on a parcel in the SWi,4 SW%, Section 27, Town of Roxbury. Permit <br /> denied for the reason that setback is less than ordinance requirements. <br /> .5. Appeal from the denial of a permit for a Change in Use (private <br /> nursery school; Mathson._Montessori Society, Incorporated) on Lot 19, <br /> Highlands Plat, Town of Middleton. Permit denied for the reason that <br /> there is not provision in the ordinance for a private school. <br /> DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> Martin J.
