NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the Dane County Board of Adjustment will <br /> hold a public hearing in Room 226 (Circuit Court, Branch IV), in the <br /> City-County Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Wednesday, March 8, 1967 <br /> at 7:30 o'clock P. M. and a hearing will there be given to any person <br /> interested in any of the matters to be heard. Appellants and applicants <br /> must be present. The matters to be heard are as follows: <br /> 1. Appeal from the denial of a permit for a Garage (moving and found- <br /> ation) on a parcel in Government Lot 4, Section 23, Town of Dunn (Colla- <br /> day Drive). Permit denied for the reason that one side yard is less <br /> than ordinance requirements. <br /> 2. Appeal from the denial of a permit for an Addition to a Residence <br /> on a parcel in the NE% NW'/, Section 23, Town of Dunn (County Trunk "AB"). <br /> Permit denied for the reason that one side yard is less than ordinance <br /> requirements. <br /> 3. Appeal from the denial of a permit for a Change in Use from a <br /> school to a Residence, and the Moving and Foundation for another Resi- <br /> dence comprising a total of four apartment units, the site being in the <br /> NW% SO, Section 29 and the NE% SEA, Section 30, Town of Westport (Onc- <br /> ken Road).
