(2) <br /> 3. Appeal for a permit to build a municipal building on Lot 5, Block 1, <br /> Village of Iorrisonville, Section 5, Town of Windsor. Permit not issued <br /> because of setback, side yard and rear yard required by the Dane County <br /> Zoning Ordinance. <br /> THOSE IN FAVOR: Donald Quam and Fred Bookhout appeared. Donald Guam <br /> stated the rear yard was ::.ore than required. They have to vacate their <br /> present quarters in 6 months so the town gave them this land upon which <br /> to build. Mr. Swann previously had told the board of Adjustment he was <br /> not opposed. One side yard of 10 feet complies. The building faces <br /> agricultural buildings and a railroad, and will not be out of line with <br /> adjacent buildings. The ''vdndsor Town Board stated no opposition. <br /> THOSE OP_-OSED: None OTHERS: None <br /> 5. Appeal to vary setback and side and rear yard requirements on a lot in <br /> part of the N/4 5E'/4 of Section 31, Town of Dunn on the North Side of the <br /> Rutland ,unn Town Line Road. <br /> THOSE IN FAVOR: Attorney Anders Birkeland representing Paul Meyers said <br /> house was build in 1954 and doesn't conform to the ordinance. He showed <br /> a map and explained the shortages. The couple and spending •,14,000 and <br /> want a clean package to purchase. They want a waiver for construction <br /> improperly completed on Lot A, the parcel in question. Mr. Massarene <br /> said Mr. Olson, Chairman of the Town Board, had been in the zoning office <br /> and did not oppose. <br /> THOSE OPPOSED: None OTHERS: None <br /> 1. Appeal for a permit to build a residence in the SEA, Section 19, <br /> Town of Perry on Drammen Valley Road. Permit not issued because <br /> setback from the road would be less than rewired by the Dane County <br /> Zoning Ordinance. <br /> THOSE IN FAVOR: Grant Nyhus appeared and said he made the appeal because <br /> there is no other direction in which to go. He could not go back because <br /> of nearby hill. He could not build closer to the barn. He is replacing <br /> a 140 year old home. He stated the town treasurer had no objection. <br /> THOSE OPPOSED: None OTHERS: None <br /> ACTION BY THE BOARD: <br /> 1.
