M. in the City-County Garage to make an in- <br /> spection of the properties scheduled for Public Hearing on October 15, 197 .. <br /> Motion byVoges, second by Dahlk to amend petition #514; variance should <br /> be 20 feet from required setback from c/1 of CTH K instead of 12 feet. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion byVoges second by Dahlk to deny petition #519 as no hardship was <br /> proven; there is adequate area to build a residence which would conform <br /> to the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance.
