MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> SEPTEMBER 17, 1976. <br /> Present: Erickson, Dahlk, Voges <br /> Also Present: Enger, Fleck. <br /> Meeting was called to order by Chairman Erickson at 7:30 P. M. in <br /> Room#226. Motion by Voges second by Dahlk to approve the minutes <br /> of August 20, August 24 and September 7, 1976. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #511. Appeal by Ronald M. Grosse (Key Homes) for a variance from lot <br /> width requirement as provided by Section 10.01 (30) Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit construction of a resi- <br /> dence on Lot #106 Westport Heights, Town of Westport. <br /> Not present. <br /> #512. Appeal by Richard H. Valley for a variance from setback required <br /> from Krause Road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. Variance is necessary to repair/renovate an existing barn <br /> foundation located in part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 5, York. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Valley - OPPOSED: None - TOWN BOARD: Not present. <br /> #513.
