Construction was commenced without regard to county permit or <br /> locational requirements. <br /> 2. Terrain of lot is such that required location would not be im- <br /> possible to conform with. <br /> 3. Existing trees which would have to be removed for conforming <br /> location of the pool are already in a damaged condition and are <br /> of a variety (choke-cherry) usually not desirous for a lawn tree. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> A.
