MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT June 18, 1976 Present: Erickson, Dahlk, Voges Also present: Enger, Fleck Meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. in room #226 by Chairman Erickson; motion by Dahlk second by Voges to approve minutes of May 21 and June 15, 1976. Motion carried. Notice was read and the Public Hearing was opened. #464. Appeal by William Rebholz for a variance from required rear yard as provided by Section 10.12 (7) (a) of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit an addition to a residence located in part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 1, Town of Burke. In Favor: William Rebholz - Opposed: None - Town Board: Telephone call E. Hoffman, Chairman, no objection. #465. Appeal by Raphael Grob for a variance from required setback on CTH BB as provided by Section 10.17 (2) of the Dane County Zoning Ordi- nance. Variance is necessary to permit and addition to a residence located in part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 11, Town of Deerfield.
