MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> June 18, 1976 <br /> Present: Erickson, Dahlk, Voges <br /> Also present: Enger, Fleck <br /> Meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. in room #226 by Chairman <br /> Erickson; motion by Dahlk second by Voges to approve minutes of May <br /> 21 and June 15, 1976. Motion carried. <br /> Notice was read and the Public Hearing was opened. <br /> #464. Appeal by William Rebholz for a variance from required rear yard <br /> as provided by Section 10.12 (7) (a) of the Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit an addition to a residence <br /> located in part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 1, Town of Burke. <br /> In Favor: William Rebholz - Opposed: None - Town Board: Telephone <br /> call E. Hoffman, Chairman, no objection. <br /> #465. Appeal by Raphael Grob for a variance from required setback on <br /> CTH BB as provided by Section 10.17 (2) of the Dane County Zoning Ordi- <br /> nance.
