Provisions of 5 acre parcel 250 foot width have been verified. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> a. variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> b. variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #479. Motion by Dahlk second by Voges to grant Special Exception permit <br /> as applied for as per finding of fact: <br /> 1. Improvement is necessary for benefit of public access to lake. <br /> 2. Siltation and erosion control will be maintained by indicated <br /> plan. <br /> 3. Ramp will not be an obstruction to flow of river. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #462.
