MINUTES OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PAGE 7 <br /> 2. parcel was purchased since that time <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> a. no hardship involved. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #477. Motion by Dahlk second by Voges to grant variance of 19 feet <br /> from required setback from centerline of S.T.H. 19 as per finding of <br /> fact: <br /> 1. existing residence was built previous to ordinance. <br /> 2. repairs/alterations will all be interior; no outside additions. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> a. hardship is caused by the ordinance and is not self-imposed. <br /> b. variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> c. variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> motion carried. <br /> #478. Motion by 'Voges second by Dahlk to grant variance to permit accessory <br /> buildings with no primary building on a parcel of land as per finding of <br /> fact: <br /> 1. Buildings are utilized for keeping of horses in an A-1 District - <br /> residence is elsewhere. <br /> 2. Provisions of 5 acre parcel 250 foot width have been verified. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> a. variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> b. variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #479. Motion by Dahlk second by Voges to grant Special Exception permit <br /> as applied for as per finding of fact: <br /> 1. Improvement is necessary for benefit of public access to lake. <br /> 2. Siltation and erosion control will be maintained by indicated <br /> plan. <br /> 3. Ramp will not be an obstruction to flow of river. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #462. Motion by Voges second by Dahlk to deny appeal by Dan Milan from <br /> the zoning administrator's interpretation that an addition to a single <br /> family residence which provides separate and independent dwelling units <br /> constitutes, in fact, a duplex which is not a permitted use in a single <br /> family residence <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Meeting adjourned. <br /> Harland Dahlk <br /> Secretary <br />
