., . <br /> MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> NOVEMBER 19, 1976. <br /> Present: Erickson, Dahlk, Voges <br /> Also present: Enger. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Erickson at 7:30 P.M. in room <br /> 226, City-County Building, to hold a public hearing as published by a <br /> class II notice. Motion by Voges second by Dahik to approve minutes <br /> minutes of October 18 and November 16, 1976. Motion carried. The notice <br /> was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #532. Appeal by Robert W. Penning for a variance from required rear yard <br /> as provided by Section 10.12 (7) (a) Dane County Zoning Ordinance variance <br /> is necessary to permit construction of an enclosed porch on a residence <br /> located in part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 9, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: Robert Penning - OPPOSED: None - TOWN BOARD: Not present. <br /> r <br /> #533. Appeal by Dean Meister for a variance from required setback from <br /> the centerline of C.T.H. MM as provided by Section 10.17 (2) Dane <br /> County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit a porch addi- <br /> tion to a residence located in part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 30, <br /> Town of Rutland. <br /> IN FAVOR: Dean Meister - OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Telephoned no <br /> objection. Dane County Highway Department letter - no objection. <br /> #534. Appeal by Oliver S. Ryerson for a Special Exception Permit to build <br /> an addition to a garage located in a flood plain area in part of Assessor' - <br /> Plat #2, Outlet #A, Section 9, Town of Dunn. Permit required by Section <br /> 10. 33 (c) (1) Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> IN FAVOR: Oliver S. Ryerson - OPPOSED: None - TOWN BOARD: Not present. <br /> #535. Appeal by R. F. Lowrey for a Special Exception Permit as required <br /> by Section 10.33 (3) Dane County Zoning Ordinance to fill in a flood <br /> plain area on Lot #12 and the S 1/2 Lot #13, Block 1, Edgerton Beach <br /> Park, Town of Albion. <br /> IN FAVOR: R.
