Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #539. Motion by Dahlk, second by Voges to grant a variance to permit <br /> • installation of an on premise within a vision clearance triangle as per <br /> finding of fact: <br /> 1. Because of topography, sign will not decrease visibility at the <br /> intersection. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> a. Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible <br /> without injustice to applicant. <br /> _ b. Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the <br /> public interest. <br /> #540. Motion by Voges„second by Dahlk to deny the request for a variance <br /> as per finding of fact: <br /> 1. There are other suitable areas on the lot where the building can <br /> be located and comply with the locational requirements of the ordi- <br /> nance. <br /> 2. There was no proof offered that other locations couldn't be used. <br /> ILCONCLUSION: <br /> a. The granting of the variance would be for the convenience of <br /> the applicant and would set a precedent for others to make the same <br /> request. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #541. Motion by Dahlk second by Voqes to grant a variance of 40 feet <br /> from the set-back requirements of the ordinance as per finding of fact: <br /> 1. Right-of-way of CTH TT IS 240 feet wide with a 24 paved travelled <br /> way. <br /> 2. Building will be lcoated adjacent to a wooded area and will not <br /> create any visibility problem. <br /> CONCLUSIONS: <br /> a. Topography of the land and the location of the existing residence . <br /> does not permit the location of a garage at the normal set-back. <br />
