MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> MEETING OF OCTOBER 17, 1975. <br /> 411, <br /> Present: l Erickson, Dahlk, Voges <br /> Also present: Fleck <br /> Meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman Erickson; motion <br /> by Voges second by Dahlk to approve minutes of September 19; October <br /> 2; October 3, and October 11, 1975. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the Public Hearing was opened. <br /> #395. Appeal by Kenneth Sink for a variance from the required shoreline <br /> setback as provided by Section 10.16 (7) (c) of the Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit remodeling and addition to <br /> a residence located on part of Government Lott. in the SEi4 SE4 of <br /> Section 8, Township of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: Grace Spink; variance is required to permit needed expansion, <br /> new living room and bedroom are planned as well as a larger kitchen and <br /> utility room. Addition will be on side of residence away from shore. <br /> Other yards are in compliance. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: A petition signed by seven neighbors having no objec- <br /> tion to addition as planned, was presented. <br /> OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Not present. <br /> #396. Appeal by John and Carol Amacher for a variance from road set- <br /> back as provided by Section 10.17 (1) of the Dane County Zoning Ordi- <br /> nance. Variance is necessary to permit an addition to an existing resi- <br /> dence located in part of the SW4 3E4, Section 1, Township of Blue <br /> Mounds. <br /> IN FAVOR: J. Amacher; wish to add a family room and utility room to back <br /> of house away from road. Highway was improved and moved closer to the <br /> existing residence. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: Letter; E. Edwards, no objection. <br /> OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Not present <br /> #397. Appeal by Willis Volden for a variance from road setback as pro- <br /> vided by Section 10.17 (1) of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Variance is necessary to permit an addition to a residence located on <br /> Outlot 29, Assessor's Plat of Daleyville, Section 17, Township of Perry. <br /> IN FAVOR: W. Volden proposed additions will be enlargement of existing <br /> attached garage and a raised deck both of which will be on the side of <br /> the house and farther back from the existing front of the house. The <br /> house has been non-conforming since the highway was improved. Other <br /> yards are in compliance. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: None OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Not present <br /> #398. Appeal by Rosina E. Urann for a variance from required side yard <br /> as provided by Section 10.07 (6) (a) of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Variance is necessary to permit an addition to a residence located on <br /> Lot #14, Shadyside Park, Township of Pleasant Springs. <br /> IN FAVOR: Harry Reindecker representing Rosina Urann. Purpose is to <br /> build an attached 20' x 21' garage. The garage will have a gable roof <br /> fill which will not meet the porch roof therefore requiring a separation to <br />
