Motion by Voges second by Dahlk to grant a Special Exception Permit <br /> to tile as requested subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. Tile run, away from house, must be solid with sealed joints. <br /> 2. No connection may be made into or from septic system, <br /> 3. 2" crushed rock shall be placed at outlot of tile to prevent <br /> erosion. <br /> 4. Inspection by town inspectors shall be permitted. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #401.
