MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 19, 1975. <br /> tilw Present: Erickson, Dahlk, Voges. <br /> Also present: Enger, Fleck. <br /> Meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman Erickson. Motion <br /> by Voges, second by Dahlk to approve minutes of August 15, September <br /> 13 and September 15, 1975. Motion carried. <br /> Notice was read and the Public Hearing was opened. <br /> #382. Appeal by Joseph R. Pulciani for a Special Exception Permit to <br /> repair and replace a porch on a residence located in the flood plain <br /> on Lot #20 and the of Lot #19, Block 6, Indian Heights, Town of <br /> Albion. <br /> IN FAVOR: Attorney Roeth representing Mr. J. R. Pulciani. The actual <br /> repair was only on the stairs and a portion of the deck. Mr. Pulciani <br /> did the work himself and did not believe a permit was needed. The <br /> repair was minimal and 150' from the lake shore - no obstruction to floo '. <br /> Enger; This is the second or third time Mr. Pulciani has commenced <br /> building before he has obtained a permit; Attorney Roeth; agreed, <br /> have fully informed Mr. Pulciani of ordinance requirements. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: None OPPOSED: None <br /> TOWN BOARD: Sanford Anderson, Chairman no objection. <br /> #383. Appeal by Richard Whaley for a variance from rear yard require- <br /> ment as provided by Section 10.12 (7) (a) of the Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit an addition to a residence <br /> located in the NWn MVi4 of Section 6, Township of Albion. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Whaley <br /> Property is farm homestead which was sold off for residence. Existing <br /> room on rear of house is in bad repair and has to be replaced. "No <br /> objection" statement from neighbor was presented. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: None OPPOSED: None <br /> TOWN BOARD: S. Anderson, Chairman no objection. <br /> #38)4. Appeal by George Little for a variance from road setback as <br /> required by .Section 10.17 (2) of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Variance is necessary to permit repairs to a residence located on Lot #2 <br /> Block 14, Paoli, Town of Montrose. <br /> IN FAVOR: G. Little; fire caused damage to rear of duplex, wish to <br /> repair. There will be no change in structure. <br /> OTHER IN FAVOR: None OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Not present. <br /> #385. Appeal by Albert Dys, Sr. for a Special Exception Permit and a <br /> variance from rear yard and flood plain requirements as provided by <br /> Section 10.07 (7) and 10.33 (c) (2) (b) of the Dane County `Coning <br /> Ordinance. Variance and Exception are necessary to permit an addition <br /> to a residence laated on Lot #15, Block #3, Third Addition Highwood <br /> Estates, Town of Albion. <br /> IN FAVOR: Albert Dys, Jr. Representing A Dys, Sr. have problem with <br /> cold air and drafts from front door in winter. Propose to build enclosed <br /> entrance to prevent this. <br />
