Variances are necessary to permit an <br /> addition to a residence located in part of Out Lot "B" Plat of Waucheeta <br /> Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: Ann Milne; residence was formerly a summer cottage with no <br /> basement. Furnace is located in crawl space under the house and has to <br /> be replaced which would require tearing up the floor, etc. The <br /> proposed addition would provide a utility room for the furnace and an <br /> enclosed entrance. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: None OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Not present. <br /> #387. Pauls for a variance from rear yard requiremen' <br /> as provided by Section 10.12 (7) of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Variance is necessary to permit construction of an accessory building <br /> on a parcel of land in the SE1/4 IM4 Section 7, Town of Berry. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Pauls; residence was part of family farm, parcel was <br /> deeded over 23 years ago causing the rear yard shortage. The required <br /> rear yard would place the accessory building in front of the resi- <br /> dence line. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: None OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Not present. <br /> #388. Appeal by Cletus R. Brown for a variance from road setback as <br /> required by Section 10.17 (1) of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Variances is necessary to permit construction of a farm accessory <br /> building on a parcel of land located in the SW4 NEB and SE4 N44 of <br /> Section 36 Town of Fitchburg. <br /> IN FAVOR: C. R. Brown; the proposed building will provide use of land <br /> which could not be utilized otherwise; do not like to use good crop <br /> land when this spot is available. Proposed U.S.H. 14 caused-the pro- <br /> blem when the R.O.W. was taken from the farm; there is 1181 from the <br /> R.O.W. line to the proposed pavement location of the new highway. <br /> OTHER IN FAVOR: Lyman Anderson, County Shpervisor, this is a legitimate <br /> cause with no interference to the highway. <br /> OPPOSER NONE TOWN BOARD: Ed Lynaugh, Clerk. No objection. <br /> #389. Appeal by Robert W. Fiscus for a Special Exception Permit and <br /> variance from shoreline setback and flood plain requirements as pro- <br /> vided by section 10.16 (7) (d) and 10.33 (c) (2) (b) of the Dane County <br /> Zoning Ordinance. Variance and exception are necessary to permit alter- <br /> ations and repairs on a residence located in part of the NE14 NT. <br /> Section 17, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: R.
